Well hey there folks—Vlad here with ReviewOutdoorGear. In this video I’m doing an in-depth review of the Thule Bassinet after using it for about four to five months with my daughter, pretty much daily. I show it mounted on the Thule Urban Glide 3 and walk through how the clip system works, how sturdy it feels, and what it looks like out on the road in real winter conditions (low 20s). The big takeaway: this thing is genuinely built like outdoor gear—clean design, solid attachment, good center of gravity, and it keeps the little one toasty when the weather turns. I get up close on materials and features: thick polyester with a ripstop-like texture, reflective accents, a removable cover, and a multi-position canopy system with a zipper that lets you go into a more aggressive “weather mode” angle. I also show the interior—removable washable liner, mattress, and a secondary waterproof layer—plus the breathable base design and why you want a hard, flat surface if you set it on the ground. Finally, I demo the fold-flat collapse system and talk real use cases, including carrying it on a mile-plus hike in Montana to hot springs. My main complaints are minor: the canopy angle adjustment takes two hands, and there are small vent/drain holes up top that mean it’s not 100% rainproof. Otherwise, it’s been awesome and exactly what I want for outdoor-minded parents.
