Wrist pain is a common problem that can interfere with everything from typing and lifting to sports and exercise. Many cases are related to stiffness in the small joints of the wrist or weakness in the muscles that control wrist motion. In this video, we’ll focus on restoring mobility through targeted exercises for wrist flexion, extension, radial and ulnar deviation, and forearm pronation and supination. These controlled mobility drills are designed to improve joint health, increase range of motion, and reduce discomfort during everyday activities. Alongside mobility, building strength in the wrist and forearm muscles is essential for long-term resilience. We’ll go over progressive strengthening exercises that target the flexors, extensors, and the muscles that stabilize the wrist during radial/ulnar deviation and forearm rotation. By combining mobility with strengthening, you’ll not only decrease pain but also improve wrist stability and functional performance. Follow along as I demonstrate each exercise and explain how to safely integrate them into your routine to help restore comfortable, confident wrist movement.
