A Bankart lesion is an injury to the front part of the shoulder labrum that commonly occurs after the shoulder partially or fully dislocates. This can lead to pain, weakness, clicking, and a feeling that the shoulder is unstable, especially during overhead movements or when the arm rotates outward. In this video, I’ll show you five rehab exercises that can help improve shoulder stability by strengthening the rotator cuff, improving scapular control, and restoring confidence with movement. These exercises are designed to help the shoulder better control the position of the humeral head within the socket, which is often one of the most important parts of recovery. As always, the goal is not simply to target injured tissue, but to improve how the shoulder functions as a whole through progressive loading and movement.
