You’ve probably seen RAM from the usual brands like Team Group, Corsair, and G.Skill—but in this video I tested something different: a totally China-made DDR5 kit. Kingbank sent me their 32GB Soarblade KRXB (2x16GB) rated at DDR5-6000 CL36, and long story short, they’re pretty good—especially for the price. This is the non-ARGB full black kit, with a simple design, brushed finish, and a thinner silhouette that made installation noticeably easier compared to chunkier kits like my Trident Z5. I benched the KRXB on an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D with an ASUS X670E-F, enabled EXPO I, and ran it at 6000MHz with 36-38-38-38-86 at 1.35V. First boot memory training took around 49 seconds (longer than I expected), but after that it trained in about 1 second and booted fast with no issues. In Cinebench R23, performance was very close to my G.Skill DDR5-6000 CL32 kit—multi-core was slightly higher on the Kingbank, single-core slightly lower—so in real use you’re not giving up much. Thermals were also solid, staying under 40°C and even running a bit cooler than the Trident Z5. The big takeaway: if you want stable DDR5-6000 on AMD without paying “brand tax,” this promo-priced KRXB is seriously cost effective—just don’t overpay for the ARGB version.
