In this GRWM, I’m testing a few more makeup bits from 2025 advent calendars, and this is basically my last advent calendar makeup try-on because I’m running out of new things to test. I wanted to keep it simple and very everyday-wearable (which is honestly how I do my makeup most days), so I focused on quick, low-key products that you can throw on without overthinking it. I start with the Moon Glaze blush stick in “Blushed” which is properly pigmented, so you do need to be a bit quick, but it blended out really nicely on my lightweight base and built up well. For glow, I use Trinny London Sheer Shimmer in “Violin” as a super natural highlighter—on my skin it’s not really a blush, it’s more that flattering, non-golden sheen. For lips, I go full nudie with Makeup Forever “Anywhere Caffeine” liner, MAC “Crème d’Nude” (very pale—slightly concealer vibes, but surprisingly comfy), and I top it with Sync Beauty lip oil which smells lovely but doesn’t add much tint. For eyes, I try the Rare Beauty eyeshadow stick in “Integrity.” It’s fine, but formula-wise it’s not my favourite compared to sticks like Laura Mercier. The standouts for me were the brown Viv Power Ink Liner (so precise and natural) and the Max Factor False Lash Effect Supreme mascara, which actually lifted and lengthened my short, straight lashes without me needing an eyelash curler.
