In this video I’m unboxing my first ever Glamour Beauty Box (new to me!), and I go through everything inside the February/March “Active Refresh Edit.” It’s a bimonthly subscription priced at £29, and I actually paid around £24–£25 for my first box with the introductory discount. There was meant to be a little free gift (a brow product), but it didn’t arrive—honestly I wasn’t too bothered, but I wanted to mention it. The contents really impressed me for the price, especially the mix of brands and the sizes. I talk you through a full-size Color Wow Money Mist leave-in conditioner (I love multitaskers with heat protection), an ACT deodorant balm in Orange Grove (petitgrain, mandarin, neroli), and an Avant mask—which I know is controversial and overpriced, but I genuinely like the brand and this mask smells gorgeous. On the makeup side, there’s a Delilah black eyeliner (I’m passing it on because I have too many), plus two MCoBeauty items: a tubing mascara (not usually my fave, but I’m giving it a fair try) and a caramel peptide lip treatment. I also got Rodial Dragon’s Blood Cleansing Water (nice, but I don’t reach for micellar water much), and an 8ml Disco fragrance (Lola at Coat Check) which I already own and love—woodsy, spicy, floral, and stunning.
