In this video I’m unboxing the Cult Beauty Ultimate Holiday (Christmas) Edit, and I’ll be honest with you straight away: I only picked it up because it was reduced. Full price was £70, but I paid £49 (30% off), and for that price I do think it’s a really solid festive box with a stated value of over £270. The box itself is super cute with two little drawers, and I go through everything item by item with my usual “is it worth it?” mindset. Inside, there’s a nice mix of skincare and makeup, with a couple of proper standouts for me. I was happy to see Bio-Oil… just kidding—this is Biossance Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil, which I’ve used before and love for winter because it gives my skin that protective, nourishing feel (but it’s not my go-to under heavy makeup). I also got a mini Benefit clear brow gel, a Glow Recipe SPF 30 that I’m genuinely excited to test (and I check the expiry—December 2026), plus Laneige Lip Glowy Balm in blueberry. The top drawer has an MZ Skin sheet mask (the kind I’d never pay full price for), a cute Cult Beauty sleeping eye mask (that I wish I actually used), a full-size Medik8 Press & Glow PHA tonic, and the most exciting item for me: a full-size Kate Somerville Katedicle Supercell Rejuvenation Serum.
