About This Video

Hello friends, Heidi here from Rain Country. God is good all the time. In this video I’m answering one of the questions I get every single year: where I buy my organic seeds and where I buy my herbs. I’ve done updates like this before because things change, and my own buying habits have changed too—especially since 2020, when it got hard to find the seeds I was looking for and so many places were constantly out of stock. For seeds, I used to rely heavily on Baker Creek for organic, non-GMO options—especially medicinal herbs like marshmallow and feverfew—but I had to branch out. Etsy can be a great option because you can check where the seller is located, and climate matters a lot. I live in a very wet, rainy area near a rainforest, and seeds from similar climates tend to perform better for me. These days, I usually start with Azure Standard first because they keep expanding their organic seed selection, and if you have a local drop point it can save you a lot compared to paying direct shipping. For dried herbs and spices, I also start with Azure Standard, then I’ll go to Frontier Co-op on Amazon, and sometimes Anthony’s Goods for good bulk prices (just note not everything is organic). I grow as much as I can myself, and I also sell some herb seeds—if you want my product list, just email me.
