In this At Home shop-with-me (Part 1), I’m taking you into one of the biggest home decor superstores—seriously, you could spend hours in here. I start right up front where they had tons of summer decor out, especially planters in every color and style you can think of. I talk through pricing compared to places like HomeGoods (yes, prices have gone up the last few years), but I still think At Home can be a really affordable place to refresh your space—especially if you’re willing to get creative, like spray painting a piece when you love the shape or texture but not the color. I also walk you through some of my favorite sections: faux florals/greenery (I’m picky—I want it to look as real as possible), pillows by color, kitchen “bistro” finds like marble canisters and utensil holders, and then my favorite aisles—vases, trays, candle holders, and all the little decor pieces. I share simple styling ideas like grouping decor in threes, using trays to corral clutter, and mixing heights for a more elevated look.
