In this video I’m reviewing the OdinLake O3, also called the Ergo BUTTERFLY 753, and I’m answering the real question: is it actually “best ergonomic chair of 2025” material, or is it just a flashy design? I walk through the full build (which was surprisingly easy) and then I break down what makes this chair different—especially that butterfly split-back design that supports your upper and lower back independently as you shift around. I also talk build quality, because the finish and frame feel premium right out of the box. What really sold me is how the chair handles adjustments. Instead of awkward levers under the seat, the main controls are built into the armrests with a paddle system—right paddle for height, left for recline up to 135° with lockable angles. You also get seat depth adjustment, tension control, manual backrest height adjustment, and a handy bag bar on the back. Comfort-wise, the mesh is breathable and stays cool during long editing and late-night gaming sessions, and the seat feels wide enough for me at 6'0” around 250 lbs. It’s not a “cheap Zoom chair,” but if you live at your desk and care about your back, this one hits the marks.
