In this video I’m diving into 15 of the craziest AI tools inside DaVinci Resolve that can genuinely speed up your editing workflow. Quick warning though: most of these live in DaVinci Resolve Studio. But once you see what the Neural Engine is doing—especially for things like multicam, audio cleanup, subtitles, and smart reframing—you start to realize how much time it can save, and why Studio is such a solid value. I walk through AI Multicam Smart Switch (it can cut a full podcast based on who’s speaking), Ripple Delete Silences to instantly remove dead space, and audio transcription so you can search your footage and even delete sections text-based style. Then we hit AI subtitles (plus the new animated subtitle styles), voice isolation for removing noise/echo, and voice convert + voice training (with my honest take: it’s hit and miss for full voice replacement, but great for fixing a few words). On the music side, I show AI Music Remixer and AI Music Editor to reshape tracks without awkward cuts, plus the Audio Assistant that can auto-mix for YouTube. On the video side, we’ve got Magic Mask for background removal and targeted grading, auto color correction that’s actually pretty good, Super Scale for upscaling low-res footage, Relight for repositioning lighting after the fact, Speed Warp for smoother slow motion, and Smart Reframe for quick repurposing to vertical.
