In this video I’m showing you how I get that clean, “factory” look on the front opening of a Carl’s Place C-Series enclosure—because nothing ruins a good sim faster than wavy fabric, sloppy corners, or edges that look like you rushed it. The whole goal is simple: tighten and square everything up so the screen opening is crisp, the side/top borders are even, and your projected image looks framed instead of floating in a wrinkly cave. I walk through the practical stuff that actually matters: how I pull and re-pull the fabric to get consistent tension, how I work corners so they don’t bunch up, and how I keep the border widths uniform so the enclosure looks symmetrical. I also talk through the “do this first, then that” order of operations—because if you tighten in the wrong sequence, you’ll fight it the whole time. The takeaway is you don’t need to overthink it or overspend; you just need a repeatable process, a little patience, and a willingness to adjust until the edges are perfect.
