In this update I’m talking you through what’s happened since I was knocked off my bike by an eBike rider who was travelling at speed. It’s not a ride vlog for obvious reasons — it’s a proper real-life moment, and I wanted to share it honestly because this is part of cycling too. The headline is I’ve fractured my tibia and there’s severe damage in the surrounding area, so it’s not just a “bit of bruising and crack on” situation. I’m currently awaiting an operation where they’ll be putting plates and screws in to get everything lined up and stable again. This video is basically me keeping you in the loop with where I’m at, what the injury is, and what the next steps look like from hospital.
