In this video I’m sharing a proper milestone in my broken leg recovery — I’m finally FREE from the plastercast. If you’ve ever been stuck off the bike, you’ll know it’s not just the physical side; it’s the headspace as well. I talk through where I’m at right now, what it’s like getting that cast off, and what the next steps look like as I try to get back to normal life (and eventually back riding).
