About This Video

If there’s one non-negotiable in my life, it’s my habits—because they’re the routines that make me feel better no matter how crazy my days get. In this video, I walk you through the weekly and daily habits that help me stay productive, feel balanced, and actually stay on top of everything (even when I don’t do all of them perfectly). I share how I simplified my weekly reset so it’s sustainable: cleaning my space, organizing my digital clutter (photos, iPad, laptop files, backups), and doing a quick review of what didn’t go well so I can adjust my workflow instead of repeating the same mistakes. After my reset, I move into weekly planning—because when I skip it, my week gets unnecessarily chaotic. I’ve been using Akiflow to time-block my tasks since I thrive when I can drag-and-drop my to-dos into an actual schedule. Then I take you through my daily habits: a simple morning routine + ā€œmorning tackleā€ to check tasks and adjust plans, daily steps (thanks to my dog), staying hydrated by keeping my water bottle near me, and a nighttime shutdown with journaling (Day One) + three wins and three ā€œglimmers.ā€ I end the day with a podcast—yes, even if it’s on my phone—because it helps me sleep.
