About This Video

School can get overwhelming and chaotic faster than you expect, so in this video I’m sharing my “digital survival kit”—the productivity apps that genuinely got me through college and helped me stay on top of assignments, exams, and group work. I walk you through the exact tools I used for planning and organization (Google Drive, Notion, and Google Sheets), plus how I structure everything by year/semester, course, and even week or module so I’m never scrambling to find a file or deadline. I also share my quick tip for maximizing Google Drive storage using your university email, because extra space is a lifesaver. Then we go into note-taking and studying: I explain why I do both typed and handwritten notes, depending on the course. For concept-heavy classes, I rely on structured Google Docs notes so I can keep up with fast-paced lectures. For computation-heavy subjects, I switch to handwritten notes in GoodNotes to build that “muscle memory” for formulas and problem solving. I also show how I use Scrintal to create summary sheets that let me actively quiz myself before exams. Finally, I cover time management with Google Calendar + Apple Calendar integration, focus sessions with Session, learning with Anki’s spaced repetition, and creating presentations with PowerPoint (for individual work) and Canva (for group projects).
