In this video I’m unboxing and doing a quick first look at the new Peoz PZ1—my first Peoz guitar. I actually got hands-on with it at NAMM and came away super impressed with how many features they packed into something this small. Right out of the box you get a really nice compact gig bag (seriously, the guitar is tiny), plus a little accessory pouch with the essentials: capo, strings, string winder, strap, picks, and a USB-C cable—because yep, this thing needs charging. The big “wait, what?” moment is on the back: the PZ1 has a built-in 5W speaker, it’s rechargeable over USB-C, and it connects to your phone via Bluetooth. You’ve also got a headphone out, and a simple press-and-hold knob to power it up. From there, the three buttons let you save and recall three presets—mine came loaded with effects like delay and a distortion option. The presets are fully editable in the Peoz app, and I’ll be doing a full-on deep dive video soon with the app, editing, and more real-world tone testing.
