In the last visit, a neighbor threatened to sue her over a fence. But when we returned, the problem clearly wasn’t the fence. Water was still flooding her property, running straight through her yard and into a nearby pond—and it looked worse than before. As we started cleaning things up, we decided to take a closer look behind the property… and what we found raised even more questions. Then things took a serious turn. While working near the fence line, we discovered a dangerous situation we never expected. One wrong move, and this could have ended very differently.
