Neighbors aren’t certain he is ALIVE

No one is certain if this Overgrown Home is Abandoned.. I was driving through town and noticed a severe overgrown yard and noticed there was a BMW vehicle in the driveway but it had a flat tire. I stopped and knocked on the door but no one answered so I stopped over to the neighbors. The neighbors shared they haven't seen the Elderly man come out of his house in last 4 months and the vehicle is just sitting there and yard continues to grow. Is he still alive?
