Neighbor trying to SUE an 80-Year-Old...Then I found their ILLEGAL...

What started as a simple cleanup… quickly turned into a full-blown neighborhood feud. 😳 We were called out after multiple people in the community reached out about a property that had sparked years of tension between neighbors. Overgrown brush, a collapsing fence, standing water, and even threats of legal action… this situation had been building for a long time. Our goal? 👉 Help clean things up 👉 Protect an elderly homeowner 👉 And hopefully put an end to the drama But it wasn’t that simple. From disagreements over property lines to concerns about damaging a fence, to uncovering a drainage issue flooding the land — this job had more challenges than we expected. At one point, we weren’t even sure if we’d make it through without getting stuck (literally). And just when things seemed to calm down… tensions were still high.
