I was driving through town and noticed this severe overgrown grass with bushes blocking the sidewalk. I stopped by and asked if I could mow and if the city has gave him any trouble. The Elderly Man mentioned no but laughed and I ran across someone else who was living in the house and he mentioned there were multiple fines. We spent about 6 hours on this property helping this Elderly Man and it turned out really well.
