Who would’ve thought we’d be getting a Spider-Man 2 set in 2025? In this video I review LEGO Marvel 76321 Spider-Man vs. Doc O Subway Train Scene (393 pieces), and yeah—at first glance it really does look like a long gray tube. I crack it open, run through what’s in the box (three numbered bags, webs, a small sticker sheet, and instructions), and talk about the build itself: mostly symmetrical, lots of windows (always a pain sometimes), and a roof that lifts off in two sections so you can actually get into the interior. The build process is fine, but it’s not spectacular—honestly it’s kind of a boring build even though it goes together great. Where this set wins is the display/play setup and, especially, the minifigures. Tobey Maguire Spider-Man is awesome with dual-molded legs and damage details, and Doc O’s updated tentacles articulate really well and look great posed on top of the car. You also get Aunt May and J. Jonah Jameson, plus some fun sticker details like the transit signage and “Bay Ridge” on the ends. My takeaway: it’s way more dynamic on display than you’d expect for “a gray tube,” but I still recommend waiting for a discount—this one feels pricey, and I do think we’re missing at least one more minifigure like a conductor or extra passenger.
