LEGO puts out hundreds of new sets each year, so in this video I’m counting down my Top 10 LEGO Sets of 2025—based on build experience, design, value, display impact, and overall enjoyment, not hype. I kick things off with a few honorable mentions that just missed the cut, like Arkham Asylum (cool idea and lots of figures, but it felt small and a little repetitive on the jumpsuit torsos), the USS Enterprise (fine, just didn’t hit that wow factor for me), and the $1,000 UCS Death Star (for real people money, I expected way more—especially on the minifigure side). From there, I run through the list from #10 to #1, and it’s packed with the stuff I personally love: sets that look like they shouldn’t even be LEGO, smart part usage, and builds that are actually fun while you’re putting them together. Highlights include Wall‑E and Eve for being all prints and super accurate, the massive T‑Rex fossil display, and the Game Boy that genuinely fooled me from a distance. My #1 pick is the Two Door Corner modular—an iconic, all-prints modular with excellent techniques, great detail, and a price that still feels reasonable for what you get. If you’re building a LEGO City, it’s the kind of set that looks good basically anywhere you drop it.
