I have had Baby Back Ribs many different ways, but I have never tried curing them. I cured 2 racks of Baby Back Ribs for 5 days and cooked them the exact same way as 2 regular Baby Back Rib Racks and took them to an automotive shop to get some feedback. I seasoned both racks of ribs with (The Rub) by GQueBBQ. You can buy it here https://gquebbq.com/product/gque-bbq-rub/ I smoked them on the smoke setting for one hour, then raised the temperature to 275 degrees until they were able to bend in the middle when lifted. If you are looking for fall off the bone ribs, you should cook them about one hour beyond the point where they bend when picking them up. I don't cook by time when I am cooking ribs, but if I were to estimate the time, it would have been around 5 1/2 hours. I used Lumber Jack Competition Blend Wood Pellets: https://amzn.to/2MQC2p9 The Smoker I smoked the Ribs on was the Z Grills Smoker. Information below.
