Pressure Cooker Beef Short Ribs Recipe - Electric Pressure Cooker Recipes

I made these Beef Short Ribs in my ICOOKPOT Electric Pressure Cooker. Using a Pressure Cooker is a great way to Cook Beef Short Ribs. Rather than taking hours, these Short Ribs were cooked in under an hour, and were as tender as any Beef Short Ribs I have ever had. This recipe can also be cut in half as it generates a lot of juice. We ended up pouring it over rice.
