Pancake Breakfast Sandwich On A Flat Top Griddle - Flat Top Grill Breakfast Ideas

If you are looking for breakfast ideas to cook on your Flat Top Grill or Griddle, this Pancake Breakfast Sandwich is a must try. I must admit that my 3rd Breakfast Sandwich came out the best, probably because I didn't have any filming to worry about (photo), but the concept is the same. I really like how the Sandwich was a nice balance of sweet and savory. Adding the brown sugar to the pancake batter was a great idea.
