This Bacon Wrapped Grilled cheese Sandwich takes your everyday Grilled Cheese Sandwich to the next level. You can make your Bacon Wrapped Grilled Cheese as basic or as extravagant as you like. I made my Sandwich on the Blackstone Griddle, but a skillet would work as well. The advantage to doing it on a Flat Top Griddle is that the Sandwich doesn't sit in as much of the bacon grease as it cooks. The only ingredients I used for my Grilled Cheese Sandwich were * Bacon (9 to 10 strips depending on the size of bread) * 2 Slices Of Bread (I recommend lightly toasted) * Mozzarella Cheese (As much or as little as you like) * Basil (As much or as little as you like) You have got to try making a Bacon Wrapped Grilled Cheese Sandwich at least once just to say you did!
