One of my favorite things to eat when I go out for Sushi is Seared Tuna. This Pan Seared Ahi Tuna Recipe did not disappoint. The Marinade I used for this Ahi Tuna imparted a lot of flavor into the fish. I served my Tuna with some pickled vegetables (recipe below) and used some of the liquid mixed with some wasabi for a dipping sauce for my Tuna. This recipe would work well with Yellowfin Tuna as well. Ingredients for Pan Seared Ahi Tuna: * 2 Pounds of Ahi Tuna * 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce * 3 Tsp. Sugar * 1 1/2 Tsp. Salt * 1 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper * 1 1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic * 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil * 2 Tbsp. Lime Juice * 2 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce Ingredients for Pickled Vegetables: * 1 Cucumber Sliced thinly with partial skin removed (I used Japanese Cucumbers) * 1/2 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar * 1/2 Cup Water * 1/3 Cup Sugar * 1 1/2 Tsp.
