Easy Fish Tacos - Swordfish Tacos Recipe

You don't have to wait for Cinco De Mayo to enjoy these Easy Fish Tacos. These Fish Tacos were definitely a change of pace from my normal Fish Tacos. This was the first time I have used swordfish to make Tacos, and the first time I have cooked the Fish for my Tacos in the marinade. I really liked the subtle flavor of the swordfish. It is definitely not an overpowering Fish. The marinade really gave the swordfish some brightness that went well with the salsa and guacamole. The salsa I made for this recipe was just something that I threw together with the ingredients that I had on hand. When it comes to salsa for Fish Tacos, there is no right or wrong way to make it. The guacamole I made for these Tacos was a very simple recipe that didn't take over the other ingredients.
