If you are looking for a Recipe for Pressure Cooker Baby Back Ribs, this Recipe may be for you. I made these Dr Pepper Ribs in my ICOOKPOT Pressure cooker. I was looking for tender Ribs, but not necessarily Fall Off The Bone Ribs. I cooked these Baby Back Ribs for 25 minutes and let the Pressure Cooker depressurize on its own. If you are going for something closer to fall off the bone ribs, you can cook for an additional 15 minutes.
