Cheesesteak Sandwich Blackstone Griddle - Un-Authentic Philly Cheesesteaks

I was inspired to make this Cheesesteak on my Blackstone Griddle by a post on Facebook from Jason Zambriczki. Jason grew up in Philadelphia and has actually worked at steak shops. He did a video on how to make an Authentic Philly Cheesesteak since there seems to be some confusion outside of Philly.
