BBQ Chickens on your Weber Kettle Grill doesn't get much easier than this. To prepare these Chickens to cook, I dry Brined these Chicken with a rosemary flavored sea salt for 3 days. After letting the Chicken Dry Brine for 3 days I injected one chicken with Tony Chanchere's injectable marinade and the other with a homemade butter injection. I cooked the Chickens on my Weber Kettle grill at 350 degrees for 1 hour and then raised the temperature to 390 degrees until the chicken reached 167 degrees. It took just under 2 hours to cook these Chickens. If you prefer a more Smoked Flavor, lower your Grill to around 250 degrees. Cooking times for Smoked Chicken will take about 40 minutes a pound at 250 degrees.
