This Air Fryer Fried Fish was my take on a Lemon Baked Cod Recipe I found on line. This is one of my favorite Air Fryer Fish Recipes. Unlike most Air Fryer Recipes that use little or no oil we added plenty of butter to this Fish Recipe. One thing that really brightened up this Lemon Baked Cod Recipe was the non traditional salsa that I paired this fish with. It was something that I just threw together in no particular amounts. The ingredients were Cucumbers, Red Onions, Tomatoes, Cilantro, Olive Oil and White Wine Vinegar.
