Hey babes, this summer vlog is really a little mix of everything—views, food, kids, unboxings, and me trying to keep it together through an emotional goodbye. I started the day heading out to Lover’s Leap (yes guys, the breeze was freezing!) and I took you along for the vibes, the history, and the scenery. Lover’s Leap has that powerful Jamaican story behind it, and I just had to show you the view and what the food was giving too—because you already know I’m checking the menu. I also had a moment saying goodbye to sweet Sookie as she headed off to her new home, and I tried so hard not to cry. Back home, it was straight into mom life and getting ready for the boys being here. I did a quick DIY hair moment with some Amazon clip-ons—half up, half down—and I showed you the finished look (I was going to curl it, but I left it as is and it still ate). Then we got into a cute little gift unboxing from my friend (the wine glass was such a thoughtful token), plus some budget-friendly Amazon finds like mac & cheese and popcorn. To end it off, I cooked up fried rice (with chicken thigh because the breast wasn’t there), blended beetroot, and let the kids give their honest review—because they always keep it real.
