In this video I’m showing you exactly how I make my DIY rose water facial sheet masks for my skincare line, Royalty Beauty. I start by laying out the ingredients and tools I’m using, then I walk you through building the sheet mask “serum” in phases—my water phase (with my rose water hydrosol and other water-soluble actives), my moisturizing actives like glycerin and D-panthenol, and then my oil phase with lightweight oils like rosehip and vitamin E. Every ingredient I chose is meant to nourish, protect, moisturize, and help the skin glow, so you can use this as inspiration when you’re formulating for your own brand. I also talk about the business/brand side that a lot of people skip—like packaging the masks in individual bags, heat sealing them so nothing leaks, and making sure the product still looks professional when the customer pulls the mask out. One of my biggest tips is how to add hyaluronic acid powder: don’t dump it in—sprinkle it so you don’t get clumps. After mixing, I let it sit overnight (24 hours is enough) so it thickens into a true serum, then I check pH and aim for that 5–5.5 range. Yes, it takes time, but it’s a real product you can add to your skincare line.
