This wasn’t a random “let’s mix something” day—there’s been a whole thought process behind this collection, plus purchasing equipment, ingredients, jars, and everything I need to actually produce it the right way. I’m in the lab making two products today: a hair oil and a butter, and yes—the butter is going to be colored. I also show you the essential oils I’m using because they’re going to add the natural colorant to both the butter and the oil. I’m making this with my husband since this is a collection we’ve talked about for a long time and we genuinely feel it’s needed in this industry.
