One of Fortnite’s most anticipated collaborations just got confirmed: Fortnite x Minecraft. Hypex confirmed it’s in early-stage development, so we’re probably not seeing it immediately—but it’s finally real, and that’s the big news. I go over what kinds of cosmetics could realistically come with a Minecraft collab, like Steve, classic default Minecraft skins, and even mobs like creepers, endermen, and spiders turned into Fortnite outfits. There’s also a concept floating around that turns Steve into a mech skin, which is definitely controversial (and honestly, Steve is already canonically tall, so it wouldn’t even be necessary). On top of skins, I talk about the bigger possibilities too—like a mini event pass, or even Minecraft content showing up in a future Battle Pass if the timing lines up. And since Minecraft has swords, axes, bows, and more, it would be perfect for Fortnite to add Minecraft-themed mythics and abilities as part of the collab.
