What’s up you guys, it’s your girl Nelia—and in this video I’m sharing my 2025 health and fitness goals, even though I spent the whole morning filming my gym routine just for my gym to be closed. Yes, it snowed, and yes, I was blown… but the day was not going to waste. I’m going full throttle this year bringing more fitness and wellness content back to my channel (of course hair is still here), because fitness is a big part of my real life and I want my content to reflect that. One of my biggest goals is training for a half marathon, and I’m being super honest about what that actually requires—mobility work, strengthening my legs/lower body, and changing my lifestyle. After running a 10K and dealing with shin splints that took me out for over a month, I’m not playing around this time. I also talk about cutting back on sweets (because I’m a sweet treat girl, okay), eating at home more, improving gut health after being diagnosed with IBS, and how that connects to skin and hormones. I’m doing dry January and really trying to cut alcohol down, plus I’m working on waking up earlier—even though my Oura ring literally told me I’m a night chronotype.
