About This Video

Okay y’all, we’re back for gym review number three and this time I checked out EOS Fitness so you don’t have to. They offer a 7-day free trial, which is honestly perfect—like a whole week for free, say less. I went around 1:00 in the afternoon and the parking lot was already kind of full, but once I got inside the gym itself felt pretty large and spacious. I started in the locker room (standard setup) and yes—you need to bring your own lock. They do have separate women and men saunas, plus typical showers and mirrors. As always, I started on the stairmaster to get an overview, then got into my back day using the cable machine for rows. I liked that they had a dedicated area for abs and glutes, and what really sold me was the cinema room. It’s basically cardio machines with movies playing throughout the day, so I could just get lost in the movie and get my steps in. Overall, EOS is straightforward, has lots of duplicate machines (I love that), and the dumbbell area didn’t give super “bro vibes,” which was comforting. Membership ranges from $10 to $30, and the top tier includes stuff like hydro/massage chairs, plus they’ve got daycare and it’s 24 hours. If you’re in Dallas, drop your gym recs because I might have one or two more reviews left in the chamber.
