Hey y’all—it's your girl Nelia. In this video I’m showing you how I used ChatGPT (specifically GPT‑4) to create a FREE personalized meal plan in minutes, and I’m not even being dramatic. I literally asked it to build me a full week of meals—breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus two snacks per day—based on 1700 calories, with calories and macros included, cooking instructions, and a full grocery list. I even told it ā€œno red meat,ā€ and it still generated a plan right away (like day one had eggs, toast, avocado, berries, and it broke down the macros too). For me, this is huge because meal planning can feel like a burden when you’re bored of the same foods or don’t feel like counting everything. I also talk about why I think ChatGPT is such a game changer for a fitness/wellness journey: it’s flexible (vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, keto—whatever you need), accessible anywhere, and it can get more specific if you want higher protein or different macro targets. And because it’s a free tool, it can be a little janky sometimes—so I show you how I just re-type the prompt and tell it what it forgot. I even tested it live by asking for a weight loss workout plan under an hour with cardio + weight training… and y’all, it generated a whole weekly split with rest days. Phenomenal.
