Okay okay okay—Beyoncé popped out showing how she uses Cécred on her real natural hair, and I had to record my reaction. In this video I watch the Cécred demo (the rice + rose water ritual, conditioner, moisture seal before flat ironing, all of it) while she gets a silk press, and I’m not gonna lie—her hair looks gorgeous. It’s natural, it’s to her waist, the blonde color is immaculate, and it looks super healthy… but I’m still sitting here like: is it Cécred, or is it just Beyoncé being Beyoncé? I also get into why I haven’t bought Cécred yet, especially as a fine natural hair girlie. The reviews I’ve heard are so mixed—some people love it, some naturals hate it, and some only like certain products—so I’m not rushing to drop $30–$50+ per item without more consistent feedback. I also talk about the bigger trend of celebrity hair care lines (Pattern, TPH, Sienna Naturals, Gabrielle Union’s line, Tia Mowry’s, and more) and how I feel like a lot of them are thrown together without enough real natural hair knowledge. If enough of y’all tell me Cécred is truly worth it on fine natural hair, I’ll test it—but right now, I’m not convinced.
