About This Video

In this vlog, I’m basically having a little quarter-life-crisis moment on camera and talking through why post-grad can feel so weirdly hard. I share what it’s been like navigating big life transitions—moving, trying to figure out what’s next, and dealing with that loneliness that can hit when your schedule isn’t automatically filled with classes, friends, and built-in routines anymore. I also open up about anxiety and mental health, and how therapy (and getting support) fits into all of this. If you’re in that in-between season where you’re like… “wait, why do I feel behind when I’m technically doing what I’m supposed to be doing?”—this is for you. My biggest takeaway is that struggling doesn’t mean you’re failing; it usually just means you’re adjusting. I talk about giving yourself permission to take it one step at a time, finding small anchors (movement, routines, reaching out), and remembering that you’re not the only one who feels lost after graduation. Post-grad is hard, but you don’t have to go through it alone.
