Brits Try Nutter Butter Cookie Bars for the First Time! 🇺🇸 | America's Favorite Peanut Butter Cookie Turned Into a Giant Dessert! Today we’re making something seriously American… Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Cookie Bars! If you’ve ever been to the United States, you’ll probably know Nutter Butters — the iconic peanut-shaped peanut butter sandwich cookies made by Nabisco. They’ve been one of America’s most loved peanut butter snacks for decades, but here in the UK they’re incredibly hard to find. So today we decided to do something fun with them… we’ve turned them into giant peanut butter cookie bars (or blondies) loaded with chocolate chips and chunks of Nutter Butter cookies. But here’s the twist… this was actually our first time trying them baked like this, and we had no idea whether they would turn out like a cookie, a brownie, or a blondie. Would they be too sweet? Would the peanut butter overpower everything? Or would this become one of our favourite American desserts? While our little one wasn’t feeling very well today, she was upstairs having cuddles with Daddy and watching a film while we baked this together — and we think she’ll definitely want to try these later because there are chocolate chips involved! In this video we’re using: • Nutter Butter cookies • creamy American peanut butter • chocolate chips • brown sugar • butter • vanilla • eggs • flour The result? A giant soft peanut butter cookie bar with crispy edges, gooey chocolate chips, and crunchy Nutter Butter pieces on top. And honestly… the taste test surprised us!
