Welcome to What’s on the Menu — a new podcast-style series where I look back at dishes we’ve made on the channel and ask one simple question: Would I actually be happy serving this to people? Over the years, so many of you have suggested we should open a food truck, pop-up, or even a restaurant one day. Whether that ever becomes reality or not, it’s completely changed the way I think about food. Every time I cook now, I’m quietly building a menu in my head. In this first episode, I’m starting with desserts — and ranking my top 10, from 10 all the way to number one. This isn’t about what’s trendy or flashy.
