A deep-fried burrito… really?! 🤯 Today this British family takes on Chimichangas for the very first time — and yes, they’re every bit as epic as you’ve told us! We dive into the story behind this Arizona-born dish, claimed by both Monica Flin in Tucson and Woody Johnson in Phoenix — was it really an accident that created the mighty chimichanga? Either way, we stuffed ours with smoked beef rib, Mexican rice, refried beans, peppers, onions, and taco seasoning before sealing and deep-frying them until golden and crispy. The result?
