Variations include chicken quesadillas, beef quesadillas, and veggie-packed versions. 🍴 Recipe (Cheese Quesadillas with Salsa & Guacamole) Ingredients: Flour tortillas Authentic Mexican cheese (or cheddar/mozzarella blend) Onion & green pepper Salsa fresca (tomato, onion, chili, cilantro, lime) Guacamole (avocado, garlic, lime, tomato, onion) Sour cream Method: Mash avocado with lime, garlic, tomato & onion to make guacamole. Blend tomato, onion, chili, garlic, and cilantro for fresh salsa. Heat butter in skillet, place tortilla, add cheese + fillings, fold. Cook until golden & cheese melts.
