So when you told us about Chicken Cobbler — a savoury cobbler made with chicken, vegetables, broth, and a biscuit-style topping — we were completely confused. Pouring pancake mix over chicken?! Surely that couldn’t be right… But apparently this recipe went viral across America — and we had to try it for ourselves. 🍗 What Is Chicken Cobbler?
