How to check a PureTech Engine Wet Belt

Many models from Peugeot, Citroen, Opel and Vauxhall use the engines (and Jeep). The company released a tool to fit over the belt, this shows if the belt is swollen. Also visual checks are important too, with degradation usually visible. This applies to the 1.0 and 1.2 Puretech engines. I show you how to use the L shape tool, and some visual examples of a poor condition belt. I also briefly discuss a couple of simple ways to ensure longer belt lifespan.
