The design is very similar to the Zero Y tripod I reviewed a few years ago, this is a variation on that, both options are still available to buy. It's clearly a more affordable rival the the well known PD Tripod, which costs around 3 x what this does. I show you the tripod, it's compatibility with other plates, and I discuss areas of the design I like and feel could be improved.
