BACK BUTTON FOCUS: This works better!

BBF or back button focus, is often by many hailed as great technique for many types of photography, including action/wildlife and sports. I offer a different opinion on this, in some cases it can be counter intuitive and not always a great choice. Many videos/places talk about the advantages, and how it offers more control or flexibility, yet fail to address the one obvious drawback to using BBF. There are alternatives to BBF, by reversing the concept you might find that is a better option for your photography.
